Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are adequately padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
